Is it easter yet

We buy our spring clothes in the winter and our winter clothes in the summer. The christmas stuff is in store by early december. Valentines day is close after new year, so I think it would be ok if I'm going to talk about easter!

Easter chocolate bunnies and eggs are laughing at us so it looks like it's just around the corner.

We usely don't make eggsalade anymore. When you buy it in the store it's fast en some off them are very cheap! But to tell the truth it's much tastier when you make it yourself and it's not even that hard, so why not!

How about stuffed eggs? I don't see it a lot when I'm at a party, maybe to much work? I can't imagine, because it really don't take a lot of time.

Here I am preparing for easter, the ultimate eggtime off the year!

I love boiled eggs and everything else you can make or do with eggs. Yes, I even like to trow raw eggs around, but I'm not sure people will appriciate it.

Boil 4 to 6 eggs
Slice 2 tomatos in small pieces
Slice 4 sour pickles also in small pieces

Mix everything together.

Sauce:
Make a sauce of 2 tablespoons sour cream, 1 finely chopped shallot and 3 to 4 tablespoons finely chopped parsley.

Mix the sauce with the mix you made before and you have a wonderful eggsalade.

Get 4 half boiled eggs, mash the yolks fine and season to taste with 1 or 2 tablespoons mayonaisse, a tablespoon of finely chopped chives, salt and peper.

Take the halved eggs and fill them with the mixture you just made.

Isn't this simple?!

I bet this is something you can make and do in a couple minutes.
